"Experience makes the difference!"
A couple of days ago Marty asked me to write a small article
for our weekly newsletter. I have been racking my brain to think
of something that could be “newsworthy.” What I have decided to write about is how personal relationships have helped me in my career.
Yesterday I closed a deal on a property for $460,000. The buyer came to me through a friend I met at the Newburgh Lions Club. He knew I was a Realtor, and when it was time to sell his deceased father in law’s property, he called me. He was very pleased with the job I did, and since then he has given
my name out to several people. I have a deal going currently that is another referral from him. Most of my business has come through personal relationships.
I feel fortunate to be here at RE/MAX Benchmark, which gives
me the freedom to run my business the way I choose to run my
business. I have been with the company since 1995, and have
been very happy with the choice I made to join this company.
Dan has been a great boss, but since I have been with the
company, he has also become a friend … hmm … personal
relationships???
